| Abstract: | Současná zahraniční politika Německa je často tematizovaná z pohledu teorie rolí. Diplomová práce vychází z předpokladu, že Německo může zastávat více rolí najednou. Ve vztahu k Rusku rezonují dvě, do značné míry protichůdná pojetí. Na jedné straně koncept civilní mocnosti reflektující Německo jako hodnotově orientovaného aktéra a na straně druhé koncept mocnosti geoekonomické, podle kterého se Německo řídí hlavně svými hospodářskými zájmy. Příčinou nekonzistentnosti zahraniční politiky mohou být nesourodé představy o národní roli uvnitř státu. Diplomová práce se snaží přispět do již existující debaty o současné zahraniční politice SRN vůči Rusku analýzou na úrovni politických stran zastoupených ve Spolkovém sněmu. Ke klasifikaci postojů parlamentních stran využívá charakteristik zmíněných konceptů civilní a geoekonomické mocnosti. |

| Abstract: | Germany's contemporary foreign policy is often conceptualized in terms of role theory. The diploma thesis is based on the assumption that Germany can enact several roles at the same time. In relation to Russia, two largely contradictory concepts resonate. On the one hand, the concept of civilian power, reflecting Germany as a value-oriented actor, and on the other hand, the concept of geo-economic power, according to which Germany is mainly guided by its economic interests. The inconsistencies in foreign policy may be due to disparate ideas about the national role within the state. The thesis seeks to contribute to the already existing debate on Germany's current foreign policy towards Russia by looking at the level of the political parties represented in the Bundestag. It uses the characteristics of the mentioned concepts of civilian and geo-economic power to classify the attitudes of parliamentary parties. |
