| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností mladých lidí ve věku 15-34 let v České republice a Itálii. Nezaměstnanost této rizikové skupiny lze v případě Itálie vnímat dlouhodobě jako značně alarmující. Naproti tomu v České republice si tato riziková skupina vede velmi dobře. V roce 2019 jsme dokonce mohli být svědky našeho prvenství s nejnižší nezaměstnaností mladých v rámci EU 28. Ke komparaci jsem si vybrala právě tyto dvě země, abych demonstrovala rozdílnosti v úspěšnosti či neúspěšnosti politik zaměstnanosti a to ve třech rovinách. V rovině EU, ve vládní a nakonec i personální úrovni. Cílem práce je analýza a následná komparace této problematiky ve zmíněných rovinách v obou státech doplněná o možné návrhy změn. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the unemployment of young people aged 15-34 in the Czech Republic and Italy. In the case of Italy, the unemployment of this risk group can be perceived as very alarming in the long run. In contrast, in the Czech Republic, this risk group is doing very well. In 2019, we could even witness our primacy with the lowest youth unemployment in the EU 28. I chose these two countries for comparison to demonstrate the differences in the success or failure of employment policies on three levels. At the EU level, at the governmental level and finally at the personnel level. The aim of the diploma thesis is the analysis and subsequent comparison of this issue in the mentioned levels in both countries, supplemented by possible proposals for changes. |
