| Abstract: | Balanced Scorecard představuje jeden z nástrojů strategického managementu, který spojuje vývoj a formulování strategie s jejím zaváděním. Zaměřuje se ne dozadu, k minulosti, ale dopředu na další vývoj. Balanced Scorecard vychází z vize a strategie podniku, kterou dále konkretizuje v podobě stanovení strategických cílů ve čtyřech základních perspektivách, kterými jsou perspektiva finanční, zákaznická, perspektiva interních podnikových procesů a perspektiva učení se a růstu. Strategická mapa následně vizuálně znázorní provázanost jednotlivých perspektiv a jejich cílů. |

| Abstract: | Balanced scorecard is a tool to execute and monitor the organizational strategy by using a combination of financial and non financial measures. It is designed to translate vision and strategy into objectives and measures across four balanced perspectives: financial, customers, internal business process and learning and growth. It gives a framework ensuring that the strategy is translated into a coherent set of performance measures. Strategy maps are a complementary tool to the balanced scorecard, and provide a visual representation of the components of an organization's strategy. |
