| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením potenciálu keňského hotelového trhu pro vstup poskytovatele online systémů pro hotelnictví a gastronomii. První kapitola vymezuje motivy, rizika a formy vstupu na zahraniční trh. Druhá kapitola se soustředí na globální hotelový trh. Popisuje jeho vývoj a současný stav. Třetí kapitola představuje společnost z pohledu, které je vstup na keňský trh analyzován. Čtvrtá kapitola provádí analýzu makroprostředí a mikroprostředí. Pátá kapitola shrnuje poznatky do SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the potential of the Kenyan hotel market for the entry of a provider of online systems for the hotel and gastronomy industry. The first chapter defines the motives, risks and forms of entry into the foreign market. The second chapter focuses on the global hotel market. It describes its development and current state. The third chapter presents the company from the perspective of which the entry into the Kenyan market is analyzed. The fourth chapter analyzes macroenvironments and microenvironments. The fifth chapter summarizes the findings into a SWOT analysis. |
