| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace agilního škálovatelného rámce v rámci vybrané finanční instituce, konkrétně implementací metodiky SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises). Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení úrovně implementace SAFe ve vybrané finanční instituci na základě metodiky SAFe. Analýza společnosti a vyhodnocení odchylek bude provedeno na základě dlouhodobého pozorování společnosti. Dílčím cílem práce je identifikace výhod a nevýhod implementace SAFe pro společnost a její pracovníky a návrh pro zlepšení jednotlivých agilně řízených týmů. Dílčího cíle je dosaženo pomocí dotazníkového šetření a hloubkových rozhovorů s jednotlivými pracovníky, kteří SAFe ve společnosti zavádějí a pracují s ním. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of an agile scalable framework within a selected financial institution, specifically the implementation of the SAFe methodology (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises). The main goal of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the level of SAFe implementation in a selected financial institution based on the SAFe methodology. The analysis of the company and the evaluation of deviations will be performed on the basis of long-term observations of the company. The partial goal of the thesis is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of SAFe for the company and its employees and a suggestion for the improvement of individual agile manage teams. The partial goal is achieved through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews with individual employees who implement and work with SAFe in the company. |
