| Abstract: | Zpětná spolupráce univerzit s jejich absolventy by měla patřit mezi priority každé kvalitní vzdělávací instituce, neboť právě prostřednictvím tohoto vztahu lze získat neocenitelnou zpětnou vazbu v podobě praktických poznatků od absolventů a mnoho dalších výhod. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit alumni systém Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze v porovnání s obdobnými systémy českých i zahraničních univerzit a na základě tohoto srovnání a výsledků výzkumu navrhnout změny pro rozvoj systému. V práci jsou uvedeny teoretická východiska, charakteristiky vybraných systémů pro absolventy, jejich porovnání a návrh konkrétních doporučení pro systém práce s absolventy studia na VŠE. Součástí práce je výzkum v podobě dotazníkového šetření, při kterém byly zjišťovány názory absolventů a studentů VŠE v oblasti zpětné spolupráce se školou. |

| Abstract: | The backward cooperation of universities with their graduates should be among the priorities of each quality educational institutions, because through this relationship it is possible to obtain invaluable feedback in the form of practical knowledge from the graduates and many other benefits. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the alumni system of the University of Economics in Prague, in comparison with similar systems of other universities and based on this comparison and research results to propose changes for the development of the system. This thesis contains theoretical viewpoints, the characteristics of the selected systems for graduates, their comparison and the suggestion of concrete recommendations for an alumni system of the University of Economics. Part of the thesis is research in the form of a questionnaire survey, in which opinions of graduates and students at University of Economics in the sphere of backward cooperation with the school were collected. |
