| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá péčí o zaměstnance v nejmenované stavební společnosti nazvané ABC. Cílem práce je posoudit aktuálně nastavený systém péče o zaměstnance a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení dosavadního stavu. Prvním dílčím cílem je shrnout základní teoretická východiska. Druhým dílčím cílem je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky současného systému péče o zaměstnance. K dosažení stanoveného cíle byly použita metoda hloubkového rozhovoru a dotazníkové šetření. Teoretická část je založena na rešerši odborné literatury. Obsahuje základní teoretická východiska a vysvětlení souvisejících pojmů, jako je pracovní doba a pracovní režim, pracovní prostředí, personální rozvoj, bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví zaměstnanců a také odměňování. Teoretická část tvoří výchozí rámec pro část praktickou. Je v ní uvedena charakteristika a struktura zkoumané společnosti. Deskripce současného stavu systému péče o zaměstnanců je vytvořena na základě rozhovorů s vedoucími pracovníky společnosti. Poskytované benefity jsou porovnávány s poskytovanými benefity v sektoru působnosti společnosti. V rámci podniku bylo provedeno výzkumné šetření formou dotazníku, jehož účelem bylo zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců s poskytovanou péčí. V závěru jsou uvedena doporučení, která poskytují přidanou hodnotu především pro vedení společnosti v optimalizaci systému péče o pracovníky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employee care in the anonymous, construction company called ABC. The goal of the thesis aims to evaluate the current set system of employee care and make recommendations to improve the conditions. The first partial goal is to summarize the primary theoretical basis. The secondary partial goal is to identify the strong and weak sides of the current system of employee care. To reach the goal which was set were used the method of deep interview and survey. The theoretical part is made on research of the specialized literature. It includes a basic theoretical basis and explanation related terms like working hours and working regime, working environment, personnel development, safety, and protection of an employee’s health, and also remuneration. The theoretical part makes the default base for the practical part. There are also written characteristics of the researched structure. Description of an actual condition in the system of employee care is made in interviews with leading workers of this company. Offered benefits are compared with the benefits offered in the market, where the company operates. Inside the company was made research project in the form of a questionnaire survey, which purpose was to find out employee's satisfaction with provided care. In the end are suggested recommendations, which mainly provide added value to the management of this company. |
