| Abstract: | The aim of the master thesis is to design rapid insight services (understanding and analysing processes, data, and decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy) supporting strategic planning. The main objective is to prove how strategic planning tools help organizations to envision their direction relying on data, processes’, and decisions’ analysis, giving insights into the business’s long-term destination and suggesting adequate action plans to reach ultimate strategic goals, thus providing a firm basis for the senior management to exercise a holistic approach. |
