| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit rozsah a intenzitu celkového cyklu vzdělávání skupiny vedoucích pracovníků. Jako dílčí cíl bylo stanoveno zjistit, jaké jsou plány a strategie pro jednotlivé manažery společnosti, a navrhnout soubor doporučení k efektivnějšímu rozvoji manažerů. Teoretická část práce je zpracována formou rešerše za využití relevantních domácích a zahraničních zdrojů. Teoretický rámec tvoří podklad pro praktickou část. Praktická část je založena na kombinaci kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu – pro získání potřebných dat byla zvolena metoda interview a dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky výzkumu budou analyzovány a sumarizovány. Na základě výsledků bude vytvořen soubor doporučení k efektivnějšímu rozvoji manažerů a budou vyvozeny závěry. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis aims to determine the scope and intensity of the overall education cycle for a group of managers. The partial goal was to find out the plans and strategies for the company's managers and propose recommendations for the more effective development of managers. The theoretical part of the thesis is processed in the form of research using relevant domestic and foreign sources. The theoretical framework forms the basis for the practical part. The practical part is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative research - to obtain the necessary data, the interview and questionnaire survey method was chosen. The research results will be analyzed and summarized. Based on the results, recommendations for more effective development of managers will be created, and conclusions will be drawn. |
