| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se věnuje specifikům ve stavebním odvětví z pohledu účetnictví a externího auditu. Jelikož české účetní předpisy a standardy vykazování v oblasti stavebnictví neupravují, byla tato diplomová práce využita pro výčet účetních specifik a jejich účtování a vykazování. Řešeny byly především ty oblasti, u kterých může vznikat větší riziko chyb či nesprávností v souvislosti s touto podnikatelskou činností. Druhá část této práce navazuje na kapitoly o účetnictví teoretickým vymezením externího auditu, který je poté rozveden do specifik, která jsou pro společnost podnikající ve stavebním odvětví typická. Veškerá specifika týkající se účetnictví a auditu jsou následně i prakticky aplikována na stavební firmu podnikající v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focuses on the specifics of the construction industry from an accounting and external audit perspective. As Czech accounting regulations and standards do not regulate reporting in the construction industry, this thesis is used to list the accounting specifics. The specifics primarily address areas that may be at greater risk of errors or misstatements in relation to this business activity. The second part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical definition of external audit, which is then developed into specifics that are typical for a company operating in the construction industry. All the specifics related to accounting and auditing are then practically applied to a construction company doing business in the Czech Republic. |
