| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou implementace Business Intelligence na univerzitě. Cílem práce je navržení a implementace infrastrukturní části řešení Business Intelligence na Vysoké škole ekonomické v Praze s využitím technologie Microsoft Azure. V první části práce je provedena analýza řešení Business Intelligence na českých a zahraničních univerzitách. Další část je věnována výběru vhodného BI nástroje, jsou zde rozebrány výhody a nevýhody cloudové platformy a on premise platformy a pomocí metody Fullerova trojuhelníku je vybrán nástroj implementace Microsoft Azure. Poté už je diplomová práce věnována návrhu a implementaci BI infrastruktury pro konkrétní reporty. Tato diplomová práce se věnuje infrastruktuře reportů pro proděkana Fakulty mezinárodních vztahů na VŠE v Praze. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of Business Intelligence at the university. The aim of this work is to design and implement the infrastructure part of the Business Intelligence solution at the University of Economics in Prague using Microsoft Azure technology. The first part of the thesis analyzes the Business Intelligence solution at Czech and foreign universities. The next part is devoted to the selection of a suitable BI tool, the advantages and disadvantages of the cloud platform are discussed and on premise platform, and using the Fuller's triangle method, the Microsoft Azure implementation tool is selected. Then the diploma thesis is devoted to the design and implementation of BI infrastructure for specific repots. This diploma thesis deals with the reporting infrastructure for the Vice-Dean of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague. |
