| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem práce je návrh a implementace sady prototypů analytických reportů pro vybranou stavební společnost. Návrh a struktura prototypů reportů vychází z konkrétních potřeb jednotlivých oddělení zainteresovaných v procesu řízení stavby tak, jak byly identifikovány v rámci prvotní analýzy prostředí stavební společnosti provedené během úvodní studie společnosti. Sběr dat probíhal pomocí metody nestrukturovaných rozhovorů se zástupcem stavební společnosti. Sekundárním cílem této práce je zmapování jednotlivých oblastí řízení v rámci stavební společnosti tak, jak jsou popisovány v rámci publikace MBI (MBI 2015). V rámci mapování byly identifikovány důležité metriky a KPI pro jednotlivé oblasti řízení. Během mapování byli zachyceny a popsány také jednotlivé role a dokumenty vstupující do analyzovaných oblastí. Výsledkem práce je sada prototypů analytických reportů, které zcentralizují pohled na podnikovou analytiku stavební společnosti do jednoho místa. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of the work is to design and implement a set of prototype analytical reports for a selected construction company. The design and structure of the prototype reports is based on the specific needs of the various departments involved in the construction management process as identified in the initial analysis of the construction company's environment conducted during the initial study of the company. Data collection was conducted using an unstructured interview method with a representative of the construction company. The secondary aim of this thesis is to map the different areas of management within the construction company as described within the MBI publication (MBI 2015). The mapping identified important metrics and KPIs for each management area. During the mapping process, the different roles and documents entering the analysed areas were also captured and described. The result of the work is a set of prototype analytical reports that centralize the view of business analytics of a construction company in one place. |
