| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá cestovním ruchem pro osoby se zhoršenou mobilitou. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit aktivity destinačních managementů na území Středočeského kraje, směřující na podporu služeb cestovního ruchu pro osoby s omezenou mobilitou. Práce na základě studia odborné tuzemské i zahraniční literatury předkládá teoretická východiska fungování cestovního ruchu s akcentem na osoby se sníženou mobilitou, teoretickou bázi destinačního managementu a příklady dobré praxe. V analytické části zpracovává komparaci fungování organizací destinačního managementu, analyzuje požadavky a potřeby osob s omezenou mobilitou a vyslovuje manažerská doporučení pro organizace destinačního managementu ve středních Čechách, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení služeb pro osoby se sníženou mobilitou. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with tourism for people with reduced mobility. Its aim is to evaluate the activities of destination management in Central Bohemia regions, aimed at supporting tourism services for people with reduced mobility. The work is based on the study of professional domestic and foreign literature theoretical background of the functioning of tourism with an emphasis on people with disabilities, the theoretical basis of destination management and examples of good practice. In the analytical part, it prepares a comparison of the functioning of destination management organizations, analyzes the requirements and needs of people with reduced mobility and managerial recommendations for destination management organizations in Central Bohemia, which could lead to improve services for people with reduced mobility. |
