| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se komplexně věnuje reportingu a jeho tvorbě zaměřené pro oddělení klientského centra banky s pomocí nástrojů Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services a Microsoft Power BI. Cílem práce je vytvoření uceleného reportingu pro klientské centrum banky, který bude poskytovat manažerům potřebné informace k vykonávání zásadních rozhodnutí a kvalitnímu vedení oddělení. V úvodní části se práce zaměřuje na definování pojmu Business Intelligence a zařazení reportingu, jeho účelu a přínosům v rámci podniku. Dále pak nástrojům, které se v podnicích využívají pro tvorbu reportingu a jednotlivým datovým vrstvám, jež se pro získávání kvalitních a ucelených dat v podnicích vyskytují. V následující části se pak diplomová práce zaměřuje na seznámení čtenáře s činnostmi a náplní práce klientského centra banky a aktuálním stavem reportingu. Druhá polovina práce se pak zaměřuje spíše prakticky, kdy se analyzuje současný stav a zjišťují nedostatky. Na základě čehož následně vznikne návrh struktury a modelu datamartu, který bude pro nový reporting klientského centra vytvořený a dále pak implementovaný. Nad tímto datamartem následně dojde k tvorbě základních reportů, umožňujících sledovat klíčové indikátory a které budou nápomocné manažerům klientského centra k jeho kvalitnímu vedení. Hlavním přínosem práce je práce s business požadavky a jejich konvertování k funkčnímu a nápomocnému reportingu v oddělení, které je zaměřené zejména na práci s externím klientem. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with reporting and its creation focused on the bank's client center department using the Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services and Microsoft Power BI. The aim of the work is to create comprehensive reporting for the bank's client center, which will provide managers with the necessary information to make key decisions and quality department management. In the introductory part, the work focuses on defining the concept of Business Intelligence and the inclusion of reporting, its purpose and benefits within the company. Furthermore, the tools that are used in companies to create reporting and individual data layers that occur in obtaining quality and comprehensive data in companies. In the following part, the diploma thesis focuses on acquainting the reader with the activities and scope of work of the bank's client center and the current state of reporting. The second half of the work then focuses more practically, when the current situation is analyzed and shortcomings are identified. On the basis of which a proposal for the structure and model of the datamart will be created, which will be created for the new reporting of the client center and then implemented. Basic reports will then be created on top of this datamart, enabling monitoring of key indicators and which will help the clients of the client center to manage its quality. The main benefit of the work is the work with business requirements and their conversion to functional and helpful reporting in the department, which is focused mainly on working with external clients. |
