| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pojistné podvody v České republice. V rámci teoretické části je definován pojistný podvod jako takový, jeho rozdělení a prevence proti němu. V rámci praktické části je detailněji rozebráno odhalování a vyšetřování pojistných podvodů. Podvody jsou pak nadále zkoumány statisticky na území ČR. Následně jsou zmíněny nejnovější trendy v rámci pojistných podvodů. Na příkladu z praxe je pak znázorněn možný postup pojišťovny. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor´s thesis focuses on insurance fraud in the Czech republic. In the introduction is the definition of insurance fraud, its division, and precautions against it. The practical part focuses on revealing and investigating insurance fraud. Then there is the evolution of insurance fraud in the Czech republic. In thesis is also the newest trends in insurance fraud. An example is shown of the possible process of an insurance company. |
