| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickou analýzou společnosti Spojené kartáčovny a.s. (SPOKAR). Hlavním cílem této práce je zhodnocení dosavadní pozice firmy na trhu, a to včetně zhodnocení vhodnosti stávající strategie udržitelnosti u nových produktů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní východiska strategického řízení a strategické analýzy. Dále rozpracovává s ohledem na cíl práce její vybrané metody, kterými je PESTEL analýza, mapa konkurenčních skupin, Porterův model pěti sil, VRIO analýza, finanční analýza a portfolio analýza. Praktická část nejprve představuje společnost SPOKAR, dále aplikuje popsané metody na vybraný podnik a odvětví, ve kterém podnik působí. Na základě provedených analýz práce závěrem nabídne SWOT analýzu a formulovaná doporučení pro další směřování společnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the company Spojené kartáčovny a.s. (SPOKAR). The main goal of this work is to evaluate the current position of the company in the market, including the evaluation of the suitability of the existing sustainability strategy for new products. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic principles of strategic management and strategic analysis. It also develops, with regard to the aim of the work, its selected methods, specifically PESTEL analysis, map of competing groups, Porter's model of five forces, VRIO analysis, financial analysis and portfolio analysis. The practical part first introduces the company SPOKAR, then applies the methods described to the selected company and the industry in which the company operates. Based on the performed analyses of the work, this thesis will finally offer a SWOT analysis and recommendations for the further direction of the company based on the results. |
