| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaností studentů bakalářského studia na pozicích s ekonomickým zaměřením. Cílem bylo navrhnout kroky pro zvýšení jejich zaměstnanosti. Primární data byla získána kvantitativní metodou ve formě online dotazníku, na který odpovídali studenti prezenčního bakalářského studia Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Mezi zkoumané skutečnosti patřil vliv motivátorů na zaměstnanost respondentů. Bylo například zjištěno, že finanční výdělek je nejčastějším motivátorem a je důležitý pro studenty nehledě na to, jestli mají nebo nemají podporu mimo vlastní výdělek. Zároveň je ale pro studenty důležitá také perspektiva jejich budoucnosti v rámci osobní i profesního rozvoje. Faktory zmiňované nezaměstnanými respondenty se často lišily od těch, které uváděli pracující studenti. Hlavním společným rozpoznaným faktorem se staly zkušenosti, a to v pozitivním i negativním smyslu. Je tedy zřejmé, že s obtížnostmi při vstupu na trh práce lze pracovat, a dokonce je i přetvořit v konkurenční výhodu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the employment of bachelor students in positions with an economic focus. The aim was to propose steps to increase their employment. The primary data were obtained by a quantitative method in the form of an online questionnaire, which was answered by full-time bachelor students of the University of Economics in Prague. Among the researched facts was the influence of motivators on the employment of respondents. For example, financial earnings have been found to be the most common motivator and are important for students whether or not they have out-of-earnings support. At the same time, the perspective of their future in terms of personal and professional development is also important for them. The factors mentioned by unemployed respondents often differed from those reported by working students. Experiences have become the main common recognized factor, both positively and negatively. It is therefore clear that difficulties in entering the labor market can be worked on and even transformed into a competitive advantage. |
