| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě výsledků ze strategické analýzy společnosti Nobilis Tilia navrhnout doporučení pro zlepšení výkonnosti podniku, zvýšení atraktivity na trhu, využití příležitostí a eliminaci hrozeb. Výstupy v práci jsou získávány na základě analýzy vnějšího okolí společnosti a vnitřních zdrojů a schopností společnosti. Veškeré analýzy v praktické části vycházejí z popisu v teoretické části práce. Na konec dochází k syntéze všech informací a navržení doporučení pro rozvoj společnost. Veškeré informace v práci pochází z veřejně dostupných zdrojů a databází. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to propose recommendations for improving business performance, increasing market attractiveness, seizing opportunities, and eliminating threats based on the results of the strategic analysis of Nobilis Tilia. Outputs in the work are obtained on the basis of an analysis of the external environment of the company and the internal resources and capabilities of the company. All analysis in the practical part are based on the description in the theoretical part of the work. In the end, all the information is synthesized and recommendations for the development of the company are proposed. All information in the work comes from publicly available sources and databases. |
