| Abstract: | Cílem této práce bylo pomocí strategické analýzy identifikovat postavení na trhu společnosti Mlékárna Hlinsko a.s. a díky strategickým doporučením její postavení posílit a zlepšit její vývoj do budoucnosti. Důležité bylo určení jejích silných a slabých stránek a příležitostí a hrozeb. V teoretické části byly popsány a vysvětleny potřebné nástroje a analýzy pro vnitřní a vnější analýzu podniku. V následné praktické části byly tyto nástroje implementovány na zkoumaném podniku, mlékárně Hlinsko a.s. Získané poznatky byly poté využily k vytvoření strategických doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work was to use strategic analysis to identify the market position of Mlékárna Hlinsko a.s. and make strategic recommendations to improve its future development. It was important to identify its strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats. The theoretical part describes and explains the necessary tools for internal and external analysis of the company. In the practical part, these tools were implemented at the researched company, The knowledge learned from both parts was used to make strategic recommendations of the company |
