| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku studia technických oborů z pohledu žen. Definuje pojem technické obory a gender a zaměřuje se na sociologické a fyziologické rozdíly mezi ženami a muži. Teoretická část se také zaměřuje na vnější a vnitřní bariéry bránící ženám studovat techniku a pokračovat ve stejném odvětví na trhu práce a v neposlední řadě poskytuje objektivní souhrn pozitiv i negativ ohledně vstupu žen do techniky. Praktická část si klade za cíl zajistit odpovědi na výzkumné otázky prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu a zajistit tím pochopení, jak studentky vnímají studium technických oborů a co vnímají jako největší problém při volbě studia techniky. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of studying technical fields from the perspective of women. It defines the concept of technical fields and gender and focuses on the sociological and physiological differences between women and men. The theoretical part also focuses on the external and internal barriers that prevent women from studying technology and continuing in the same sector in the labour market, and finally provides an objective summary of the positives and negatives regarding women's entry into technology. The practical section aims to provide answers to the research questions through qualitative research, thereby providing an understanding of how female students perceive studying engineering and what they perceive as the biggest challenges in choosing to study engineering. |
