| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je studie situace na trhu výrobků pro koupelnu a sprchu v České republice, identifikace rizik a vyhlídek pro společnost Rituals Cosmetics (Amerigo s.r.o.) a posouzení vnitřních zdrojů a schopností firmy. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsané základní pojmy, postup jejich používání. Praktická část je soustředěná na aplikaci nástrojů popsaných v teoretické části této bakalářské práce. Analytické nástroje, které byly použity v práci jsou: PESTEL, charakteristika odvětví, analýza konkurence podle Portera, analýza vnitřních zdrojů a schopností firmy, VRIO, SWOT. Následuje závěr práce, kde jsou shrnuty klíčové body, ovlivňující existenci a konkurenceschopnost společnosti. Na jejich bázi jsou navržena doporučení pro budoucí rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to study the situation on the market of bathroom and shower products in the Czech Republic. Identification of risks and prospects for Rituals Cosmetics (Amerigo s.r.o.). Assessment of internal resources and capabilities of the company. The work consists of the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts, the procedure of their use. In the practical part, the tools mentioned in the theoretical part are applied on the Rituals Cosmetics company. The analytical methods that were used in the work are: PESTEL, characteristics of the industry, analysis of competition according to Porter, analysis of internal resources and capabilities of the company, VRIO, SWOT. The conclusion of the work follows, which summarizes the key points influencing the existence and employability of the company. Based on it, suggested the recommendations for future company’s development. |
