| Abstract: | Obsahem této práce jsou účetní aspekty hospodaření příspěvkových organizací zobrazených na konkrétním příkladu Integrovaného centra sociálních služeb Odlochovice. Práce se zabývá účetními problematikami, které jsou pro český veřejný sektor a příspěvkové organizace typické. Vymezuje základní právní rámec, sociální služby, možnosti zřízení organizací a zdroje financování se zmíněním peněžních fondů, které jsou organizace povinny tvořit. Přibližuje účetní hlediska, princip zjednodušeného účetnictví a rozpočtování příspěvkových organizací. V praktické částí jsou specifika analyzována v rámci účetních výkazů za vymezené období od roku 2016 do roku 2020. |

| Abstract: | The content of this bachelor thesis is the accounting aspects of the management of semi-budgetary organizations. This is shown in the specific example of the Integrated Social Services Centre Odlochovice. The thesis deals with accounting issues that are typical for the Czech public sector and semi-budgetary organizations. It defines the legal framework, social services, the possibilities of setting up this type of organization and the sources of funding by mentioning the money funds. It approximates accounting aspects and creating of budgets. In the practical part, the specifics are analysed within the financial statements for the defined period from 2016 to 2020. |
