| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje návrhu, realizaci a analýze řešení automatizačních scénářů v rámci e-mail marketingu prostřednictvím českého nástroje pro e-mailovou rozesílku Smartemailing. Cílem práce je vytvořit funkční systém automatizací a následně hodnocení jejich úspěšnosti. Úvodní část se zabývá představením e-mail marketingu, vysvětlením používaných zkratek a výběru vhodných nástrojů k realizaci. Nástroje jsou dále představeny. V následující části je již řešena samotná praktická realizace a představení jednotlivých automatizací a jejich vyhodnocení, které je na konci shrnuto. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is devoted to the design, implementation and analysis of automation scenarios in e-mail marketing through the Czech tool for e-mail distribution Smartemailing. The aim of the work is to create a functional system of automations and then evaluate their success. The introductory part deals with the introduction of e-mail marketing, explanation of abbreviations used and selection of suitable tools for implementation. The tools are further introduced. In the following part, the actual practical implementation is already dealt with and the introduction of each automation and its evaluation is summarized at the end. |
