| Abstract: | Developerský projekt New Backyards si klade za cíl revitalizovat transformační území Nové Dvory a vytvořit tak nové lokální centrum pro zdejší obyvatele. Hlavním benefitem této lokality je bezesporu budoucí stanice nové linky metra, která se stane katalyzátorem pro budoucí využití předmětného území. Návrh počítá s kombinací rezidenčního bydlení, administrativních a komerčních objektů v souladu s konceptem dlouhodobé udržitelnosti. Záměr se rovněž snaží reflektovat aktuální potřeby města ve formě využití části bytů pro městské účely. Jasně definovaná spolupráce města a investora by měla být vždy výhodná pro obě strany, protože tato participace je klíčem k revitalizaci zanedbaných rozvojových ploch v rámci širšího centra. |

| Abstract: | The New Backyards development project aims to revitalize Nové Dvory transformation area and thus create a new local center for local inhabitants. The main benefit of this locationis undoubtedly the future station of the new metro line, which will become a catalyst for the future use of the area. The proposal envisages a combination of residential, administrative and commercial buildings in accordance with the concept of long-term sustainability. The plan also seeks to reflect the current needs of the city in the form of the use of part of the apartments for city purposes. Clearly defined cooperation between the city and the investor should always be beneficial for both parties, as this participation is the key in revitalizing deprived development areas within the wider center. |
