| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především problematikou Business intelligence a SSBI, konkrétně se zaobírá několika zvolenými oblastmi v rámci vymezeného byznys prostředí řešené hypotetické firmy, v nichž pak řeší analýzu potřeb, možností, a potencionálních efektů analytických úloh v realizovaných BI aplikací. Primárním cílem práce je realizace a rozbor aplikací BI vytvořených za pomoci produktů SSBI a využití analytických aplikací a pilotních řešení pro studium a analýzu potencionálních efektů analytických úloh ve zvolených oblastech vytvořené hypotetické firmy. Data a vzorové dimenzionální tabulky vychází z poskytnutých zdrojů od paní Ing. Jany Fortinové, Ph.D. ve spolupráci s katedrou informačních technologií (FIS). Faktové tabulky jsou čistě vymyšlené tak, aby umožňovaly co nejlepší interpretaci řešení různých byznys efektů. Firma již se tato práce se týká, ve skutečnosti neexistuje a veškeré její reálie byly vytvořeny tak, aby bylo možné na ně navázat již zmíněnými faktovými tabulkami, i dimenzionálními tabulkami z poskytnutých zdrojů. Práce rovněž obsahuje dimenzionální modely společně s tabulkami vazeb mezi dimenzemi a ukazateli které vyplývají ze zvolených oblastí firmy. Zvolené ukazatele pochazí jak z dokumentů z katedry informačních technologii, tak i z vlastního úsudku autora. Přínosem práce jsou výsledky praktických řešení příkladů v prostředí dat poskytnutých z katedry informačních technologií a jejich rozvinutí a interpretace pro další výuku na půdě VŠE nebo poskytnutí jistého vzoru pro další výzkumné práce v Business Intelligence konkrétněji v oblastech které v práci nebyly rozebírány. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals mainly with business intelligence and SSBI, specifically, it deals with several selected areas within the defined business environment of the hypothetical company, in which it addresses the analysis of needs, possibilities and potential effects of analytical tasks in implemented BI applications. The primary goal of this work is the implementation and analysis of BI applications created with the help of SSBI products and the use of analytical applications and pilot solutions for studying and analyzing the potential effects of analytical tasks in selected areas of the hypothetical company. Data and sample dimensional tables are based on resources provided by Ms. Ing. Jana Fortinová, Ph.D. in cooperation with the Department of Information Technology (FIS). Fact tables are purely designed to allow the best possible interpretation of the solution to various business effects. The company is already concerned with this work, in fact, it does not exist and all its realities were created so that it was possible to follow them with the already mentioned fact tables, as well as dimensional tables from the provided sources. The work also contains dimensional models together with tables of links between dimensions and indicators that result from selected areas of the company. The selected indicators come both from documents from the Department of Information Technology and from the author's own judgment. The contribution of the work is the results of practical solutions of examples provided by the Department of Information Technology and their development and interpretation for further teaching at the University of Economics or providing a model for further research in Business Intelligence, more specifically in areas not discussed in the work. |
