| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh self service business intelligence řešení pro vybranou technologickou společnost. Teoretická část práce se věnuje charakteristice IT byznysu v ČR. Autorka nejprve popisuje aktuální situaci na trhu práce s IT odborníky z hlediska poměru mužů a žen v IT oborech, jejich dosaženého vzdělání a výše platů. Poté je shrnuto v číslech využívání informačních a komunikačních technologií v podnicích. V praktické části je představena klientská společnost včetně specifikací oblasti řízení. Dále se část práce zabývá analýzou informačního systému, zdrojů dat a jejich zpracování. Následně se autorka věnuje analýze potřeb společnosti v rámci analytických a plánovacích úloh pro řízení pomocí strukturovaného rozhovoru s vedením společnosti. Hlavní část praktické práce tvoří návrh SSBI řešení pro danou společnost. Tato část se skládá z úvodní studie, která je založena na poznatcích ze strukturovaného rozhovoru, analýzy zdrojů dat a jejich zpracování. Na základě těchto zjištění je vytvořeno výsledné pilotní řešení. Hlavním přínosem práce jsou realizovaná pilotní řešení pro společnost, která jsou zaměřena na efektivní plánování lidských zdrojů a zakázek. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to design a self-service business intelligence solution for a selected technology company. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the IT business in the Czech Republic. First, the author describes the current situation on the labour market with IT professionals in terms of the ratio of men and women in IT fields, their education and salary levels. Then the use of information and communication technologies in enterprises is summarized in figures. In the practical part, the client company is introduced, including the specifications of the management area. Then the part of the paper deals with the analysis of information system, data sources and data processing. Subsequently, the author analyzes the company's needs in the analytical and planning tasks for management by means of a structured interview with the company's management. The main part of the practical work is the design of SSBI solution for the company. This part consists of an initial study based on the findings from the structured interview, data source analysis and data processing. Based on these findings, the final pilot solution is developed. The main contribution of the thesis is the pilot solutions implemented for the company, which are focused on effective human resource and procurement planning. |
