| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjištění míry projektifikace v České republice na makroekonomické úrovni a porovnání míry projektové činnosti mezi hospodářskými odvětvími. Míra projektifikace je taktéž porovnána s výstupy ze zahraničních studii na stejné téma. Dále studie má za cíl zjistit, zda míra projektifikace závisí faktorech, jako velikost firmy, hospodářské odvětví a jestli míra projektifikace má růstový trend. Míra projektifikace je měřena pomoci podílu projektové práce na celkové práce vykonané ve firmách napříč odvětvími. Sběr dat probíhal dotazováním ve společnostech z celé České republiky pomoci online dotazníku a telefonickým dotazováním. Na základě sběru byl vytvořen stratifikovaný vzorek s 366 odpověďmi. Testování hypotéz závislosti míry projektifikace na zmíněných faktorech a růstového trendu projektifikace probíhalo t-testem a analýzou rozptylu. Hlavním výstupem praktické části je odhadnutá míra projektifikace, která dosahuje 23,8 %. Jedná se o první empirickou studii, která poskytuje unikátní výsledky podílu projektové práce za celou českou ekonomiku. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis aims to determine the degree of projectification in the Czech Republic at the macroeconomic level and compare the degree of project activity between economic sectors. The determined results are also compared to the foreign studies on the same topic. Furthermore, the study aims to determine whether the projectification depends on factors such as the company's size, the industry, and whether the projectification has a growth trend. The degree of projectification is measured by the share of project work to the total work performed in companies across industries. Data collection was performed by interviewing companies from all over the Czech Republic using an online questionnaire and phone interview. Based on the collection, a stratified sample with 366 responses was created. Testing of the hypotheses of the dependence of the projectification on the mentioned factors and the growth trend of projectification was carried out using t-test and analysis of variance. The main output of the practical part is the estimated projectification degree, which reaches 23,8%. This is the first empirical study that provides unique results of the share of project work for the entire Czech economy. |
