| Abstract: | Cílem práce je navrhnout koncept Smart City pro město Most na základě dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl vyplněn zejména obyvateli města, ale i okresu, kteří se v Mostě denně vyskytují. Cílem dotazníkového šetření je zjištění, které oblasti by měl podle občanů navržený koncept Smart City řešit prioritně. Vedlejším cílem je zjištění povědomí respondentů o současném stavu Smart City ve městě Most. Město Most bylo vybráno z toho důvodu, že se v něm nachází řada důležitých veřejných institucí, poskytovatelů veřejných služeb a zaměstnavatelů, ale také pro jeho potenciál cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje definice pojmu Smart City a popis konceptu Smart City, s níž souvisí historie Smart City a klíčové prvky konceptu. Jsou popsány i možnosti financování Smart City projektů. Také je vymezen pojem internet věcí (IoT), který s problematikou úzce souvisí. Další krok spočívá ve zmapování situace měst v ČR využívající Smart City. Teoretická část je završena podkapitolou zaměřenou na město Most, jeho představení, analýzu současného stavu Smart City konceptu ve městě a analýzou jeho problémů či potřeb ve strategickém plánu rozvoje města Most. V praktické části jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jsou vyvozeny závěry, na které navazuje samotný návrh konceptu. V závěru je shrnut současný stav konceptu Smart City ve městě Most, výsledky dotazníkového šetření a na ně navazující navržený koncept. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to design the concept Smart City for the city Most based on a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was filled in by particularly inhabitants of the city but also inhabitants of the district who occur daily in Most. The aim of the questionnaire survey is to find out what areas should be included primarily in the concept SC for Most in inhabitants’ view. The subsidiary aim is to find out the respondents’ awareness of the current situation with SC in the city. The city Most was chosen due to the fact that there are a lot of public institutions, providers of public services and employers but also owing to its potential for tourism. The theoretical part of the thesis includes definitions of the term Smart City and a description of the concept Smart City. These terms relate to the history of Smart City and six key characteristics. There is a description of possibilities how to finance SC projects. The thesis also defines the Internet of Things (IoT), which is closely connected with the theme. The next step lies in mapping of the current situation with municipalities in the Czech Republic using Smart City. The theoretical part is ended by a subchapter focused on the town Most, its introduction, analysis of the current situation with the concept Smart City in the City and analysis of its problems and needs according to a strategic development plan of the city Most. In the practical part, there is an analysis of results of the questionnaire survey. Subsequently, the thesis includes a design concept Smart City for Most based on questionnaire conclusions. In the end, there is a summary of the current situation with the concept SC in Most, results of the questionnaire survey, and the design concept. |
