| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím mHealth v oftalmologii. Cílem této práce je představit mHealth v souvislosti s jeho využitím v oblasti očního lékařství, zanalyzovat dostupné mobilní aplikace na trhu s detailnějším zaměřením na ty, které jsou určené pro průběžné monitorování a kontrolu změn vidění, zhodnotit jejich přínosy a vytvořit návrh implementace konkrétních aplikací do lékařské praxe. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou představeny hlavní aspekty mHealth, včetně příležitostí, které přináší, ale i hrozeb, jež je nutné pečlivě sledovat a eliminovat. Část práce je věnována i samotné legislativě, která tuto oblast upravuje. V rámci bakalářské práce je také popsáno využití umělé inteligence v oftalmologii, včetně konkrétních algoritmů. Nejdůležitější část je pak zaměřena na analýzu oftalmologických aplikací, dále na zmapování aktuálních procesů oční ordinace a jejich změnu na základě implementace vybraných aplikací. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of mHealth in ophthalmology. The aim of this thesis is to introduce mHealth and its possible implementation in ophthalmology, to analyse the available mobile applications on the market with a more detailed focus on those designed for continuous monitoring and detection of vision changes, to evaluate their possible contribution and to develop a proposal for the implementation of the selected applications in the medical practice. The following chapters describe the main aspects of mHealth, including the opportunities it brings, but also the threats that need to be carefully monitored and eliminated. Another part of this thesis is focused on the current legislation that regulates this area. The use of artificial intelligence in ophthalmology, including specific algorithms, is also described within the bachelor thesis. The most important part is focused on the analysis of ophthalmic applications, then on the analysis of the current medical processes and their change based on the implementation of the selected applications. |
