| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuálním problémem, kterým je stárnutí populace a jeho vlivem na důchodové systémy. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat citlivost důchodových systémů vybraných 15 států Evropské unie na stárnutí populace. V první části práce je popsáno stárnutí populace a jeho příčiny. Také jsou popsány různé druhy penzijních systémů, jejich výhody či nevýhody a různé druhy financování. V druhé části bylo vybráno 15 zemí EU a popsány jejich důchodové systémy. V závěru práce byly tyto země porovnány na citlivost jejich penzijních systémů pomocí regresní analýzy, kde se ukázalo, že v Evropě je slabá lineární závislost mezi ukazateli výdaje na důchody v poměru k HDP a index závislosti starých osob na osoby v produktivním věku. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis addresses the current problem of population ageing and its impact on pension systems. The main purpose of the thesis is to analyse the sensitivity of pension systems in 15 European Union countries to population ageing. The first part of the thesis describes population ageing and its causes. The different types of pension systems, their advantages or disadvantages and different types of financing are also described. In the second part, 15 EU countries have been selected and their pension systems were described. In the end of the thesis, these countries were compared on the sensitivity of their pension systems using regression analysis, where it was shown that there is a weak linear relationship between the indicators pension expenditure as a proportion of GDP and the old-age dependency ratio index for working-age people in Europe. |
