| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou digitalizace na trhu práce se zaměřením na vzdělávání. Cílem práce je analýza dopadů, fyzických i psychických, na zaměstnance a zaměstnavatele, zejména pak na vysokých školách. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní termíny spojené s digitalizací, jako jsou informační a komunikační technologie, umělá inteligence, internet. Dále jsou v této části uvedeny moderní technologie, jež jsou ve vzdělávání využívané nejvíce, včetně pracovních procesů, u nichž jsou využívány. Uvedena jsou pozitiva, negativa a celkové dopady procesu digitalizace na jedince. Praktická část poté zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum z oblasti vysokoškolského prostředí, zabývající se skutečností, jak zaměstnavatelé na straně jedné a zaměstnanci na straně druhé vnímají digitalizaci na trhu práce, obzvláště pak na jejich pracovišti. Na konci práce se objevuje shrnutí spojující část praktickou a teoretickou. Závěrem je doporučení pro praxi na trhu práce na vysokých školách. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the issue of digitalization in the labor market with a focus on education. The aim of the work is the analysis of its impacts, both physical and mental, on employees and employers, especially at universities. The theoretical part defines the basic terms associated with digitalization, such as information and communication technologies, artificial intelligence, the Internet. Furthermore, this section lists the modern technologies that are most used in education, including the work processes they are used in. The positives, negatives and overall impacts of the digitization process on individuals are presented. The practical part then includes qualitative research in the field of higher education, deals with the fact how employers on the one hand and employees on the other perceive digitization in the labor market, especially in their workplace. At the end of the work there is a summary connecting the practical and theoretical part. Finally, there is a recommendation for practice in the labor market at universities. |
