| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje problematice případných dopadů kvót na domácí potraviny. Analyzuje prostředí českého trhu s potravinami a pozměňovací návrh novely zákona o domácích potravinách a tabákových výrobcích. V práci jsou vymezeny obecné teoretické modely ekonomických kvót. Na základě modelů jsou stanoveny výchozí teoretické predikce. Dále je proveden výzkum pomocí metody systematického přehledu literatury z vědeckých článků získaných na základě stanovených kritérií. Články jsou omezeny na období v rozmezí 2000-2022 a na základě popsaných atributů. Jsou shrnuty veškeré důsledky, které by v případě zavedení kvót mohly nastat, a to v podobě růstu monopolní síly domácích výrobců, omezení volného obchodu, růstu cen domácích potravin, omezení nabízeného zboží a porušení evropských smluv. Realizovaným výzkumem v praktické části práce je potvrzena platnost predikcí dopadů kvót na domácí potraviny z obecných teoretických modelů kvót. Hlavní závěry ze zkoumaných vědeckých článků v podobě posílení monopolní síly, růstu cen domácích potravin a poklesu nabízeného množství se tak shodují s teoretickými modely. |

| Abstract: | The paper focuses on the potential impact of quotas on domestic food. It analyses the environment of the Czech food market and the proposed amendment to the Domestic Food and Tobacco Products Act. The thesis reviews general theoretical models of economic quotas. Based on the models, initial theoretical predictions are established. Furthermore, research is conducted using a systematic literature review method of scientific articles obtained based on the established criteria. The articles are limited to the period between 2000-2022 and based on the described attributes. All the consequences that could arise if quotas were introduced are summarised, in the form of an increase in the monopoly power of domestic producers, restrictions on free trade, increases in domestic food prices, restrictions on the goods on offer and breaches of European treaties. The research carried out in the practical part of the thesis confirms the validity of the predictions of the effects of quotas on domestic food from general theoretical models of quotas. The main conclusions from the research articles examined in the form of strengthening of monopoly power, increase in domestic food prices and decrease in the quantity offered coincide with the theoretical models. |
