| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je s využitím nástrojů a metod strategické analýzy formulovat strategická doporučení pro společnost Jan Becher – Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. v kontextu současného tržního prostředí. První část práce popisuje teoretický základ dílčích analýz a metod strategické analýzy. Druhá část aplikuje popsané analýzy na zkoumanou společnost. V rámci práce jsou využity PESTLE analýza, analýza konkurence a Porterův model 5 sil jako analýzy externích faktorů. VRIO analýza, finanční analýza, hodnototvorný řetězec a portfolio analýza jako analýzy interních faktorů. V závěru je jako syntéza sestavena SWOT analýza podniku a formulovány strategická doporučení pro zkoumaný podnik. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to use strategic tools and methods to formulate strategic recommendations for the company Jan Becher – Karlovarská Becherovka, a.s. in the context of the current market environment. The first part describes the theoretical basis of the selected methods of strategic analysis. The second part applies the described methods to the examined company. The thesis uses PESTLE analysis, competition analysis and Porter’s 5 forces analysis to analyse external factors. VRIO analysis, financial analysis, value chain and portfolio analysis to analyse internal factors. In the conclusion, a SWOT analysis of the company is compiled as the synthesis and strategic recommendations for the examined company are formulated. |
