| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá malou společností s ručením omezeným v oboru elektroinstalace a zabezpečovacích systémů. Cílem bylo vyhodnotit efektivitu prováděných úkonů a zjistit potenciál oblastí týkajících se zakázky a pokusit se nalézt a doporučit možnosti, jenž zmírní nebo eliminuje nalezené nedostatky. Podnik je analyzován strategicky za použití metody Business Model Canvas a metody Balanced Scorecard a procesně za pomoci cílených rozhovorů s majitelem, na základě kterých byly následně namodelovány procesní diagramy týkající se zakázky. Použité metody nastínily situaci v dané organizaci a vyloučily, že by problémovou oblastí byla klientela, tvorba nebo realizace zakázky. Spolupráce s majitelem při zpracovávání přinesla pozitivní výsledky v uvědomění si dříve nevnímaných problémů ze strany majitele a identifikaci nedostatků v oblasti vedení dokumentace a vyúčtování, pro který byl navržen vhodný software. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis deals with a small limited liability company in the field of wiring and security systems. The aim was to evaluate the effectiveness of the actions performed and to identify the potential of the areas related to the contract and to try to find and recommend options that will alleviate or eliminate the shortcomings found. The company is analyzed strategically using the Business Model Canvas method and the Balanced Scorecard method, and procedurally with the help of targeted interviews with the owner, on the basis of which process diagrams related to the contract were subsequently modeled. The methods used outlined the situation in the organization and ruled out that the problem area was the clientele, the creation, or implementation of the order. Cooperation with the owner during processing brought positive results in the awareness of previously unperceived problems by the owner and the identification of shortcomings in the field of documentation and billing, for which suitable software was designed. |
