| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení procesu získávání nových zaměstnanců a nalezení co nejlepší motivační strategie pro současné i nové zaměstnance lyžařské školy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretická část a praktická část. V rámci teoretické části jsou diskutovány postupy získávání nových zaměstnanců a metody jejich udržení. V praktické části je následně vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na současné a bývalé zaměstnance lyžařské školy a rozhovory s manažerem lyžařské školy, současnou a bývalou zaměstnankyní. Následně budou odpovědi vyhodnoceny a bude porovnána praxe společnosti s teorií. Na základě zjištění budou formulována doporučení pro danou společnost. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the process of recruiting new employees and to find the best motivational strategy for current and new employees of the ski school. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part discusses the procedures of recruiting new employees and methods of retaining them. The practical part then evaluates a questionnaire survey focusing on current and former employees of the ski school and interviews with the manager of the ski school, a current and a former employee. The answers will then be evaluated and the company's practice will be compared with theory. Based on the findings, recommendations for the company will be formulated. |
