| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá průzkumem českého pojistného trhu z hlediska nabídky cestovního pojištění. V práci je provedena rešerše odborné literatury, rešerše dalších zdrojů ve formě pojistně-technické dokumentace cestovního pojištění, syntéza dat, zpracování údajů pomocí multikriteriální komparativní analýzy a konečná interpretace výsledků společně s poskytnutím doporučení. Primárním cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat vybrané figurující pojistitele na pojistném trhu České republiky v rámci jeho nabídky cestovního pojištění. Předmětem zkoumání jsou jednotlivé parametry pojistných produktů (např. počet a obsah tarifů, cena pojištění, možnosti sjednání, pojistné podmínky, možná doplňková připojištění, dostupnost informací a jiné), které ovlivňují případnou volbu spotřebitele. Sekundárním cílem je srovnání zkoumaných pojistných produktů cestovního pojištění dle vhodnosti pro vybrané segmenty zákazníků. Nasbíraná data budou posuzována, hodnocena a vzájemně komparována k nalezení vhodného pojistného produktu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with a survey of the Czech insurance market in terms of travel insurance. The thesis is research of specialised literature, research of other sources in the form of technical documentation of travel insurance, data synthesis, data processing using multicriteria comparative analysis and the final interpretation of the results together with the provision of recommendations. The primary goal of the thesis is to analyse selected insurers on the insurance market of the Czech Republic within its travel insurance offer. Subjects of the research are individual parameters of insurance products (e.g., content of tariffs, insurance price, dealing options, insurance conditions, possible additional insurance, availability of information and others), which influence the potential choice of the consumer. The secondary goal is to compare the examined travel insurance products according to their suitability for selected customer segments. The collected data will be assessed, evaluated and compared to find a suitable insurance product. |
