| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem měření agility ve vybrané finanční instituci, která vyhodnocuje svou agilní maturitu prostřednictvím týmových assessmentů. Na základě zhodnocení vyspělosti agilních týmů byl analyzován nástroj měřící agilitu, týmový assessment s assessorem a následně porovnán se self-assessmentem. Cílem této práce je zjištění, jak efektivně měřit agilitu ve velké finanční instituci na základě porovnání Agilních assessmentů a Self-assessmentů, prostřednictvím zhodnocení maturity agilních týmů využívající SAFe metodiku. Tento cíl je naplněn pomocí literární rešerše a kvalitativního výzkumu, v podobě případové studie. Na základě analýzy dat jsou vyhodnoceny 4 výzkumné otázky a naplněn dílčí cíl v podobě návrhu alternativního modelu hodnotící maturitu agility týmů, agilních týmů na širší úrovni i celé organizace. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of agility measurement in a selected financial institution that evaluates its agile maturity through team assessments. Based on the evaluation of the maturity of agile teams, a tool measuring agility "Team- assessment with assessor" was analyzed and then compared with self-assessment. The main goal of this thesis is to find out how to effectively measure agility in a large financial institution based on the comparison of Agile assessments and Self-assessments, through the evaluation of maturity of agile teams using the SAFe methodology. This goal is fulfilled through literature research and qualitative research of a case study. Based on the data analysis, 4 research questions are evaluated and a partial goal is fulfilled in the form of a proposal for an alternative model evaluating the maturity of agility teams, agile teams at a wider level and the entire organization. |
