| Abstract: | Jak vyplývá z názvu, tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení udržitelnosti společenské akce, kterou je hudební festival: Rock for People. Hlavním přínosem je zhodnocení jeho dosavadních postupů dle normy ISO 20121:2012 – Udržitelné řízení událostí, analýza konkurence, nalezení slabých míst a následná doporučení, která by mohli pořadatelé v rámci udržitelného řízení aplikovat do svého programu. V teoretické části práce je podrobně popsáno, co je to vůbec společenská odpovědnost a udržitelný rozvoj, co se od udržitelné společnosti očekává, jaké jsou možnosti prokazování udržitelnosti a budou zde taktéž rozebrány metody, které byly využity pro samotný výzkum této práce. V praktické části může poté čtenář očekávat analýzu a následné zhodnocení této společenské akce. Jsou zde výstupy jednotlivých rozhovorů hodnocené dle normy ISO 20121:2012, analýza konkurence a návrhy na implementaci nových doporučení, které z tohoto výzkumu vyplynuly. V závěru práce jsou jednotlivé výstupy použity pro hlavní výzkumné otázky, které byly stanoveny v úvodu a na které se v rámci výzkumu podařilo úspěšně nalézt odpovědi. |

| Abstract: | As the title implies, this Bachelor’s thesis is focused on evaluating the sustainability of a social event, a music festival called Rock for People. The main benefit is the evaluation of its existing procedures according to the ISO 20121:2012 standard – event sustainability management systems, analysis of its main competitors, detection of its weaknesses, and subsequent recommendations that the organizers could apply to their program in the context of sustainable management. The theoretical part of the thesis describes in detail what social responsibility and sustainable development are, and what is expected of a sustainable organization. It details some of the opportunities for demonstrating sustainability. It also shows the methods that were used in the research of this study. In the practical part of the thesis, the reader can expect analysis and the subsequent evaluation of this event. The document includes the results of individual interviews evaluated according to the ISO standard 20121: 2012, analysis of the main competitors and proposals for the implementation of new recommendations that emerged from this research. The thesis concludes by demonstrating that the individual outputs used in the main research questions, which were set out in the introduction, were successfully answered by the research. |
