| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zkoumat, jaký má followership význam pro vedení dobrovolníků. Teoretická část práce se zabývá dobrovolnictvím, leadershipem a followershipem. Pro výzkum followershipu byla zvolena kvalitativní metoda, konkrétně se jednalo o polostrukturované hloubkové rozhovory. Výzkumný soubor obsahoval sedm respondentů z konkrétní neziskové organizace věnující se táborové činnosti. Výzkum byl zaměřen dle výzkumných otázek na tři hlavní oblasti – vztah leader-follower, role v organizaci a smysl a cíl činnosti v organizaci i organizace samotné. Mezi hlavní zjištění patří, že v dané organizaci je vztah leader-follower založen na společně sdíleném cíli, dobrovolníci si uvědomují smysl své práce a vnímají důležitost svého působení pro naplnění cíle organizace a udržení jejího odkazu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the master thesis is to study what importance does followership have for leading volunteers. The theoretical part focuses on volunteering, leadership and followership. For the research of followership, it was chosen qualitative research method, concretely semi-structured interviews. The research group consisted of seven respondents from a concrete NGO dedicated to the organization of summer camps. The research was focused following the three main topics of the research questions – the leader-follower relationship, the roles in organization and the purpose and goals of the volunteer’s work and the organization itself. The main findings are, that in the concrete organization the leader-follower relationship is based on common shared goal, the volunteers are aware of the purpose of their work, and they feel the importance of their work as a contribution in fulfilling the goal of the organization and the maintenance of its legacy. |
