| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výběru automobilů ve firemních flotilách a limitacích, které způsobují ekologické a ekonomické změny. Na začátku v teoretické části jsou představeny pojmy podstatné pro pochopení zaměření práce a zároveň slouží jako podklad pro část praktickou. Praktická část se věnuje metodě kódování rozhovorů a konkrétním případům z praxe. Cílem práce je najít a vybrat faktory, které firmy ovlivňují ve výběru automobilů. Toho bylo docíleno na základě deseti polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s fleet manažery konkrétních firem. V praktické části jsou výstupy z těchto rozhovorů blíže rozebrány. Na závěr jsou shrnuty výstupy z praktické části a následně uvedena možná doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of car selection in corporate fleets and the limitations caused by ecological and economic changes. At the beginning the theoretical part introduces concepts essential for understanding the focus of the thesis and also serves as a basis for the practical part. The practical part focuses on the interview coding method and specific cases from practice. The aim of the thesis is to find and select the factors that influence companies in their car selection. This was achieved on the basis of ten semi-structured interviews with fleet managers of specific companies. In the practical part, the outcomes of these interviews are discussed in more detail. Finally, the outputs from the practical part are summarised and then possible recommendations are given. |
