| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem společenské odpovědnosti firem (CSR) směrem k zaměstnancům. Cílem práce je zhodnocení společensky odpovědných aktivit vybraných společností vůči zaměstnancům a identifikace potenciálních problémů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, teoretická část, obsahuje teoretický základ k dané problematice, zaměřuje se na přínosy CSR, její jednotlivé pilíře, specifiku CSR směrem k zaměstnancům a současné trendy v této oblasti. Praktická část obsahuje zhodnocení společensky odpovědných aktivit vybraných společností a provedení vlastního výzkumu ve formě případové studie, skrze kterou bylo stanoveno, jak CSR vnímá zaměstnance analyzovaných společností. Na základě zjištění byla navržena doporučení ke zlepšení, která by mohla v budoucnu vést k zefektivnění této oblasti. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis focused on the topic of corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards employees. The aim of the work is to evaluate the socially responsible activities of selected companies towards employees and to identify potential problems. The work is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part, contains a theoretical basis for the issue, focuses on the benefits of CSR, its individual pillars, the specifics of CSR towards employees and current trends in this area. The practical part contains an analysis of socially responsible activities of selected companies and conducting their own research in the form of a case study, through which was determined how CSR perceives the employees of the analyzed companies. Based on the findings, recommendations for improvement were proposed, which could help to increase the efficiency of this area in the future. |
