| Abstract: | Cílem práce je na základě provedené strategické analýzy a zjištěných silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a ohrožení navrhnout doporučení pro úpravu strategie společnosti Heaven Labs s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou část. V teoretické části je rozebrán pojem strategie a jednotlivé dílčí analýzy, které v celku tvoří strategickou analýzu. V praktické části je provedena strategická analýza společnosti Heaven Labs s.r.o., kterou tvoří analýza okolí, analýza vnitřních zdrojů a schopností a syntéza. Okolí společnosti je analyzováno pomocí PESTLE analýzy, Porterova modelu 5 sil, analýzy konkurence a mapy konkurenčních skupin. Součástí analýzy vnitřních zdrojů a schopností je VRIN analýza, analýza portfolia a finanční analýza. V syntéze je provedena SWOT analýza, která porovnává jednotlivá zjištění, a analýza rizik. Z provedených analýz plynou zjištění, že společnost má na trhu silnou pozici, avšak její primární slabou stránkou je úzké portfolio. Na konci práce jsou poskytnuta autorova doporučení. Dokončená práce bude předána vedení společnosti Heaven Labs s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to provide recommendations for adjusting the strategy of Heaven Labs s.r.o. based on the strategic analysis and the identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part discusses the concept of strategy and the individual sub-analyses that in the whole form a strategic analysis. In the practical part, the strategic analysis of Heaven Labs s.r.o. is performed, consisting of an environmental analysis, an analysis of internal resources and capabilities and a synthesis. The company's environment is analyzed by using PESTLE analysis, Porter's 5 forces framework, competitor analysis and strategic group map. The internal resources and capabilities analysis includes VRIN analysis, portfolio analysis and financial analysis. In the synthesis, a SWOT analysis is performed to compare the different findings and a risk analysis. The analyses revealed that the company has a strong market position, but its primary weakness is the company’s short portfolio. The author's recommendations are provided at the end of the paper. The completed thesis will be submitted to the top management of Heaven Labs. |
