| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce má za cíl pomocí strategické analýzy společnosti odhalit její silné a slabé stránky a identifikovat příležitosti a hrozby, které na ni bezprostředně působí, a na jejich základě formulovat strategická doporučení, která by v budoucnosti podniku pomohla stát se více konkurenceschopným a profitabilním. V druhé části práce je zpracováno posouzení investiční příležitosti podniku, který zvažuje otevření sushi baru v druhé části své provozovny. Nejprve jsou témata zpracována teoreticky a pomocí odborné literatury jsou definovány hlavní pojmy a vysvětleny principy, které jsou následně aplikovány na daný podnik v části praktické. Analýza je zpracována pomocí nástrojů jako PESTLE, Porterův model pěti sil a VRIO a následně je zanesena do SWOT matice a investice je posouzena pomocí metody čisté současné hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis aims to reveal the strengths and weaknesses and to identify the opportunities and threats that directly affect the company using strategic analysis and, based on these, to formulate strategic recommendations that would help the business become more competitive and profitable in the future. In the second part of the paper, an assessment of an investment opportunity is described, where the company is considering opening a sushi bar in the second part of its shop. Firstly, the topics are treated theoretically and with the help of literature the main concepts are defined and the principles explained, which are then applied to the company’s situation in the practical part. The analysis is worked out using tools such as PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces Model and VRIO and then entered into a SWOT matrix and the investment is assessed using the net present value method. |
