| Abstract: | Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. Úvodní teoretická část definuje pojmy sourcing a outsourcing. Jsou představeny jejich varianty včetně výhod a nevýhod. Dále je popsána historie Nemocnice Nymburk s.r.o. a jejího IS/ICT oddělení, a zpřehledněna kategorizace nemocničních zařízení v rámci České republiky. V praktické části je provedena analýza stávajícího stavu IS/ICT sourcingové strategie Nemocnice Nymburk, s.r.o. Ta je provedena na základě konzultací s vedoucím IS/ICT oddělení nymburské nemocnice. Následuje analýza požadavků na novou sourcingovou strategii, návrh nové sourcingové strategie a její validace. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is divided into two main parts. The introductory theoretical part defines the concepts of sourcing and outsourcing. Their variants including advantages and disadvantages are presented. Furthermore, the history of the Nemocnice Nymburk, s.r.o. and its IS/ICT department is described, and the categorization of hospital facilities within the Czech Republic is made clear. In the practical part, an analysis of the current state of the IS/ICT sourcing strategy of Nemocnice Nymburk, s.r.o. is performed. It is based on consultations with the head of the IS/ICT department of the Nymburk hospital. This is followed by an analysis of the requirements for a new sourcing strategy, a proposal for a new sourcing strategy and its validation. |
