| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční gramotnosti, finančními zkušenostmi a finančního rozhodování specifické skupiny obyvatel – studentů vysoké školy s ekonomickým zaměřením. Cílem práce je identifikovat a vyhodnotit vybrané faktory, které studenty vysokých škol ovlivňují ve finančním rozhodovacím procesu. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na rešerši literatury, definici pojmů, zdůraznění důležitosti tématu z mnoha oblastí běžného života a popis činností a nástrojů v řízení osobních financí. Na základě poznatků bylo vytvořeno dotazníkové šetření obsahující test finanční gramotnosti, rozhodovací situace, osobní zkušenosti a charakteristiky studentů. Výzkumný soubor se skládá ze studentů konkrétní ekonomické vysoké školy, představující budoucí účastníky a tvůrce trhu. Výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu ukazují, že úroveň finanční gramotnosti a reálné zkušenosti s řízením osobních financí a investováním hrají významnou a pozitivní roli v rozhodování studentů v oblasti osobních a rodinných financí. Dosažené výsledky tohoto výzkumu přispívají k lepšímu porozumění vztahů mezi finanční gramotností studentů a dalšími faktory, které ovlivňují studenty v jejich řízení osobních financí. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with financial literacy, financial experiences, and financial decision-making of university students with an economic focus. The thesis aims to identify and evaluate selected factors that influence university students' financial decision-making process. The theoretical part focuses on a literature review and definition of terms, emphasizing the importance of the topic from many areas of everyday life and description of activities in personal finance management. Based on the findings, was created questionnaire survey containing a financial literacy test, decision-making situations, personal experiences, and characteristics of students. The research group consists of students from a specific university of economics, representing future market participants and makers. The results of quantitative research show that the level of financial literacy and authentic experience with personal finance management and investing plays a significant and positive role in students' decision-making regarding personal and family finances. This thesis contributes to a better understanding of the relationship between students' financial literacy and their financial management. |
