| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovní motivací softwarových profesionálů, jejími problémy a specifiky. Jejím cílem je tuto oblast prozkoumat a identifikovat faktory mající na ni vliv. V úvodu je představen důvod výběru tohoto tématu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na definici motivace a její typy. Dále popisuje pracovní motivaci, její historii a teorie a zaobírá se faktory ovlivňující motivaci softwarových profesionálů. Nakonec pojednává o typech osobností, které také mají podstatný vliv na motivaci. Obsah této části je zpracován za pomoci rešerše literatury týkající se daného problému. V empirické části jsou popsány metody zkoumání motivace u softwarových profesionálů a výsledky provedených analýz. Výzkum byl proveden pomocí dvou dotazníkových šetření a získaná data byla následně podrobena tematické analýze a popisu pomocí deskriptivní statistiky. Došlo ke zjištění, že nejpodstatnějším faktorem, který pracovní motivaci, v oblasti informačních technologií, ovlivňuje, je lidský přístup. Dále bylo zjištěno, že firemní benefity mají pro pracovníky velmi malý přínos a bylo by na zvážení přezkoumat, jak je přeformulovat, aby dostály svému účelu. V závěru se nachází shrnutí práce, vlastní úvahy nad tématem a doporučení možných řešení nalezených problémů. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the work motivation of software professionals, its problems, and specifics. Its aim is to explore this area and identify the factors influencing it. The introduction presents the reason for choosing this topic. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the definition of motivation and its types. It also describes work motivation, its history, and theories, and discusses factors affecting the motivation of software professionals. Finally, it discusses the types of personalities that also have a significant effect on motivation. The content of this section is processed with the help of literature search related to the problem. The empirical part describes the methods of examining the motivation of software professionals and the results of the analysis. The research was carried out using two questionnaire surveys and the data obtained were then subjected to thematic analysis and description using descriptive statistics. It has been found that the most important factor influencing work motivation in the field of information technology is the human approach. Furthermore, it was found that corporate benefits have very little benefit for employees, and it would be worth considering how to reformulate them to suit their purpose. In the end there is a summary of the work, own reflections on the topic and recommendations for possible solutions to the problems found. |
