| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku elektronického podpisu a jeho aplikace v komunikaci s orgány státní správy. Práce pojednává o elektronické komunikaci a její souvislosti s elektronickým podepisováním. Jsou popsány teoretické principy elektronických podpisů, jejich šifrování a poskytovatelů. Dále je popsána struktura státní správy a aplikace elektronických podpisů na komunikaci s konkrétními orgány. V praktické části je popsáno zřízení certifikátu pro kvalifikovaný elektronický podpis, stav elektronického podepisování v ČR a komparace se stavem ve Spolkové republice Německo a v Rakouské republice. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of electronic signature and its application in communication with the state administration. The thesis deals with electronic communication and its connection to electronic signing. Theoretical principles of electronic signatures, their encryption and providers are described. The structure of the state administration and the application of electronic signatures on it are also described. The practical part describes the establishment of a certificate for a qualified electronic signature, the description of the actual use of electronic signing in the Czech Republic and a comparison with the usage in the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria. |
