| Abstract: | Svět krypto technologií v posledních letech zaznamenal obrovský růst a stal se fenoménem dnešní doby. Přirozeně se o tento dynamický svět začalo zajímat více lidí, než tomu bylo dříve. Kromě softwarových vývojářů tento fenomén v současné době budí velký zájem i u běžných uživatelů internetu. Změny a novinky se v tomto prostředí ale objevují natolik rychle, že se uživatelé často cítí ztraceni. Proto je vhodné jednoduše ukázat, jak se ekosystém krypto technologií vyvíjel a jaké přinášel v průběhu času funkcionality. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s tématem blockchainu, na kterém každý krypto systém dnes stojí, s jeho prvky, principem a druhy. V praktické části byly vybrány tři hlavní představitelé každé generace blockchainu a to – Bitcoin, Ethereum a Polkadot. Pro splnění cílů práce byly tyto systémy popsány a dále byly jejich specifické vlastnosti porovnány pro demonstraci vývoje ekosystému krypto technologií. Tento vývoj byl následně analyzován, byly shrnuty klíčové vývojové oblasti a nastíněn i výhled do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The world of crypto technology has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a phenomenon of our time. Naturally, more and more people have become interested in this world, it is no longer just about software developers, but a great interest in this phenomenon has aroused among ordinary Internet users. However, changes and innovations are happening so fast in this environment that these users often feel lost. Therefore, it is useful to simply show how the crypto ecosystem has evolved and what functionalities it has brought over time. The theoretical part introduces the topic of blockchain, on which every crypto system is based, its elements, principle and types. In the practical part, 3 main representatives of each generation of blockchain have been selected namely - Bitcoin, Ethereum and Polkadot. To meet the objectives of the thesis, these systems were described and then compared to demonstrate the evolution of the crypto ecosystem. These developments were subsequently analysed, key areas of development were summarised, and the outlook was outlined. |
