| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce shrnuje poznatky z oblasti pracovní migrace a zaměřuje se na analýzu současného postavení cizinců na trhu práce v České republice. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem trh práce a problematiku migrace. Představuje motivy, příčiny, typy a následky migrace. Dále vymezuje strategii migrační a integrační politiky v České republice, jejichž pomocí se šíří povědomí o problematice migrace mezi odborníky a širší veřejností. Poslední kapitoly teoretické části se věnují problematice zaměstnávání cizinců různých státních příslušností v České republice a vládním projektům ekonomické migrace. Jádrem dané diplomové práce je empirická část, která zahrnuje analýzu veřejně dostupných statistických údajů tykajících se zkoumané problematiky a kvalitativní výzkum, který obsahuje vyhodnocení hloubkových rozhovorů s představiteli vybraných migračních a relokačních agentur. Následně jsou shrnuty výsledky uskutečněných šetření, vymezeno současné postavení cizinců na českém trhu práce a provedeno vyhodnocení navržených hypotéz. |

| Abstract: | This Master’s thesis summarizes current findings in the field of labour migration and focuses on the analysis of the current position of foreigners on the labour market in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of the labour market and migration. It also introduces the motives, causes, types and consequences of migration. Furthermore, it defines the strategy of migration and integration policy in the Czech Republic, which spreads awareness of migration issues among professionals and the general public. The last chapters of the theoretical part are devoted to the issue of employment of foreigners of various nationalities in the Czech Republic and government projects of economic migration. The core of this thesis is an empirical part, which focuses on the analysis of publicly available statistical data related to the researched issue and qualitative research, which includes an evaluation of in-depth interviews with representatives of selected migration and relocation agencies. Subsequently, the results of the surveys are summarized, the current position of foreigners on the Czech labour market is defined and the proposed hypotheses are evaluated. |
