| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje, jak již název napovídá, na cizince, působící na českém trhu práce, pracovní migraci a vliv ekonomického vývoje na zaměstnávání cizích státních příslušníků. V teoretické části autor shrnuje dosavadní významné migrační vlny na území České republiky v moderní historii, seznámit čtenáře s českou legislativou, stanovující pravidla pro vstup a pobyt cizinců, spolu s popisem typů působení cizinců na českém trhu práce, stručně představí významné migrační teorie a nabídne aktuální stav poznání. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu statistických dat, vzhledem k vývoji počtu cizinců a cizinců působících na trhu práce, jejich národnostní složení, typ pobytu a jejich sektorové a teritoriální rozmístění. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor’s thesis deals, as the title suggests, with foreign workers working in the Czech labor market, labor migration and economic development and its effects on foreigner’s employment. In theoretical part is author trying to sum up some of previous significant movements of migrants to territory of Czech Republic in modern history, apprise readers of czech legislature, establishing rules for entrance and residence of foreigners as well as determining possible variants of worker’s residence. Than there are briefly presented the most important theories of migration and present state of knowledge. In practical part there is analysis of past and present data, in regard to number of foreigners and number of foreigners on czech labor market, their nationality, type of residence and structural and territorial dislocation. |
